At Namu Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
